If you are looking for somewhere to stay along the Waikato-King Country leg of the Te Araroa trail or you have a backyard or a room you are happy to let someone stay in, post a comment here!
Happy to host hikers here at Hazelblue Farm. We are at 2352 Oio Road, aproximately halfway between National Park and Whakahoro on the trail. Pitch a tent at the house or down by our river campground. Rooms available in bad weather.
Remember Then at Kauri Lane is a lovely country home offering a friendly and authentic New Zealand accommodation experience tailored especially for Te Araroa walkers. You may have seen our signs during your walk 🙂
We are not a hotel but we offer lots of treats to ensure Te Araroa walkers have a relaxing stay. We are just past the 767k mark very close to the Hakarimata walkway entrance. Pick up may be available from Countdown or from Ngaruawahia. Please phone Judy to check +64 272 007 096.* Hot showers

It has become very quiet the past few weeks so we are closing a few days earlier for this season.Congratulations to those of you have completed, or are close to completing the trail. Well done all.

Accommodation or transport is no longer available and will not be re-opening Sept 2018.
